Curls just want to have fun!

I’ve been thinking lately that I want to do something with my long hair. I definitely don’t want to chop 10 inches off again, but I want to do something that I can do on my own. I want to give my hair some volume cause it is straight as a board.
Tonight, mom and I put curlers in my hair for the first time (that I can remember). I wasn’t necessarily convinced that I was going to like it, but I was at least going to give it a shot.
After all is said and done… I’m actually really loving it! Crazy, me with curlers? Who knows I might just go buy my own set! Watch out! 
My mom is the greatest!
